Can I start with Operations only?

Yes—add Integrations or Shipping anytime. Operations provides all the essential warehouse management features you need to run your floor operations. You can add Integrations and Shipping modules whenever you're ready to expand.

Do I need Operations to use Integrations or Shipping?

Yes—Operations is the foundation. Integrations and Shipping are add-on modules that extend Operations' capabilities with channel connections and carrier features. They cannot be used independently.

Are there any limits on the number of users?

No. All plans include unlimited user access for all roles—warehouse associates, managers, administrators, and clients. There are no per-user fees or restrictions on how many people can access the system.

What integrations are included out of the box?

Integrations includes standard e-commerce connectors for Amazon FBA/FBM, Shopify, eBay, and WooCommerce. Shipping includes carrier integrations for FedEx, UPS, and USPS via stamps.com. Custom integrations are available through our professional services.

Are ERP connectors included?

Standard channels are included in Integrations; ERP connectors are delivered via professional services. We support most major ERPs and can build custom connectors for your specific needs.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing starts with a base per-site fee for Operations, plus additional fees for Integrations and Shipping if selected. Usage charges may apply for labels and certain connectors. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific requirements.

What's the typical implementation time?

Most Operations implementations take 2-4 weeks. Adding Integrations or Shipping typically adds 1-2 weeks each. Custom development projects may take longer depending on complexity.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial, but onboarding is straightforward and we only require a 30-day notice to disconnect. This allows you to get started quickly with minimal commitment while ensuring you have time to properly evaluate the platform.
